Pete's interest in photography began when he started travelling internationally with the Scout Association, visiting such places as Belize, Uganda, Mexico and Canada. He soon developed a passion for the art and is constantly striving to extend his skills.
At college, he initially took a one year course in Photography but wanted to know more, so he enrolled on an A-Level course and has never looked back. Much of his work is photojournalistic, or Fly on the Wall, style. He is skilled in the use of photography software, to enhance his pictures. But if the original photograph is of poor quality then no amount of enhancement will make it better. It is Pete’s innate skill in finding the right angle or balance that sets him apart from others. He is frequently found crawling through the undergrowth, hanging from a climbing rope or wading through a river to capture the shots he wants.
